3. Orders and Products

a. Orders on EREA: EREA may offer products and services for purchase through the website. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the transaction.

b. Order Fulfillment: EREA works with a print-on-demand drop shipper to fulfill orders. The order fulfillment process may vary depending on the location of the customer.

c. Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking link via email when an order ships out. For questions or concerns related to order tracking or shipments, please contact us at info@erea.org.

d. Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us at info@erea.org within one week from receiving the order. Provide photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details for prompt resolution.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: EREA does not offer returns and exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at info@erea.org to address the problem.

b. Refunds: Refunds are available only for customers who receive incorrect items or damaged products. If this applies to your order, contact us at info@erea.org with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will assist you with the refund process.

c. Exchanges: EREA does not offer exchanges for items. If you are unsure about the size or color of an item, refer to our sizing charts available for every item in the product description section. If you receive an item that has been mislabeled, please contact us at info@erea.org within one week of receiving the order, and include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will provide a new item or issue a refund as needed.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

EREA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
