Our Calling:
- Dedication to Transformation: EREA is a Non-Governmental Christian Organization devoted to fostering spiritual and moral transformation. We recognize the pressing need to bring positive change to individuals and communities, offering hope, healing, and salvation through Christ.
- Empowering Evangelism: We believe in nurturing and supporting individuals who have answered the call to evangelism. Through partnerships with churches and para-church organizations, we empower evangelists to amplify the message of hope and salvation.
Our Structure:
EREA operates with precision and diligence, guided by a structured framework:
- Boards: We are overseen by two distinct boards. The Board of Directors ensures the efficient operation of the organization, while the Board of Reference serves as a knowledgeable reference group and point of guidance.
- Leadership: The daily operations are led by a dedicated team, including a President/CEO and an Executive Secretary who work in tandem with part-time individuals and volunteers.
- Committees: We have established seven committees that work diligently on the ground:
- Crusade Committee: Organizes powerful events to spread the message of Christ’s love.
- Prayer Committee: Engages in fervent prayer for our mission and those we serve.
- Conference Committee: Plans gatherings that foster spiritual growth and unity.
- Media & Communication Committee: Utilizes various media to reach a diverse audience.
- Training Committee: Equips individuals with the tools and knowledge to serve as effective messengers.
- Finance & Fundraising Committee: Manages financial resources and conducts fundraising efforts.
- Men’s Committee: Nurtures fellowship and spiritual growth among men.
Our Funding:
EREA sustains its mission through various funding avenues, including:
- Ministry Support Breakfasts: These events gather supporters to raise funds and build community.
- Annual Dinner: A memorable gathering where we celebrate achievements and garner support.
- Office Take-Away Luncheon: A delightful initiative that contributes to our ministry’s financial stability.
- Individual and Church Contributions: The heart of our support comes from individuals and churches who contribute periodically through monthly, quarterly, or annual donations.
