b. Damaged Items: Refunds are offered for items that arrive damaged.

At this time, EREA does not offer exchanges for items. If you are uncertain about which size or color would fit you best, please refer to our sizing charts. We have sizing charts available for every item listed on our store, conveniently located in the product description section.

In the rare event that you receive an item that has been mislabeled, please contact us at info@erea.org within one week of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will either send you a new item or issue a refund based on your preference.
